- Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Custom-made or personalized products
How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for Approval – We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship It Back – Send the item(s) to our return address (customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty).
- Refund/Exchange Processed – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items?
